The villa spans roughly 7,500 square feet and has 17 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus a ground-floor guest half bathroom. Common areas include a swimming pool with in-water bar stools, jacuzzi, two pool tables, poker table, wet bar, outdoor lounge, 20-person dining table and Bluetooth sound system. A private elevator connects all three floors, and a fitness room is on the top level. Every bedroom has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, blackout curtains and a safe.
The kitchen has quartz countertops and a four-foot Teppanyaki flat grill. Private chef service and two chef menus are available.
