House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is 34 guests. Groups exceeding 20 guests incur a per-person nightly supplement; some exceptions may be made for couples and families with children. Minimum stays are three nights in Green Season, four nights in High Season and seven nights in Peak Season.
Getting there
The Pacific Ocean is two minutes away, and Jaco's main strip is two minutes away. Restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and the Cocal Casino are within easy walking distance. Bedroom 12 is on the third floor; a private elevator connects all three floors.
