Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals end at 20:00; the starting time is 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check out no later than 10:00.
Getting there
Access is via a one-way road into a small residential complex. The villa stands on gently sloping terrain, and stairs connect the first apartment's living room to its lower-level bedrooms. The private sea-access path ends at a rocky shoreline requiring caution, especially with unsupervised children. Parking is limited to three cars. Lido Arenella and essential services are a 10-minute drive away; Catania Airport is 72 km away.
