The house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms with five queen-size beds and six bathrooms. It occupies gently sloping terrain towards the sea, with a Mediterranean garden, panoramic terraces reserved for guests and outdoor dining areas. Two vehicle entrances and a pedestrian gate serve the property, with private parking for up to three cars.

The first apartment has a ground-floor living room with two seating areas, a TV and access to a furnished sea-view terrace. An indoor kitchen connects to an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and two dining areas. There is also a service bathroom. Stairs from the living room lead down to three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms open onto furnished panoramic terraces with beach and bay views; a hallway also leads to a main terrace.

The second apartment has its own vehicle entrance and a furnished entrance terrace. Its living area includes an open-plan kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV. There are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, plus an additional bathroom. An outdoor kitchen and covered dining area complete this apartment.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer.

A private path within the grounds leads directly to a rocky shoreline. Caution is required, especially with unsupervised children. Catania Airport is 72 km away. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and beach clubs, including sandy Lido Arenella, are a 10-minute drive away.
