House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Mandatory final cleaning costs 88€/stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to all guests except those under 16: 0.55€/night per guest in low season and 2.2€/night per guest in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. The house spans four floors connected by stairs. Playa Portitxolet is 250 metres away; the beach is also described as five minutes away. Garage parking is limited to one car. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 5.7 km away, Palma train station is 3.2 km away and the ferry is 8.3 km away.
