The house

The house occupies four floors connected by stairs. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining table opening onto a terrace with a small garden, fruit trees and a portable barbecue. A second private terrace upstairs has sun loungers. The first-floor living room has a sofa and Smart TV.

The second-floor bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. The top-floor bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A crib and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. Wi-Fi, fans, a hair dryer, towels, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. There is free garage parking for one car.

Es Molinar has a seafront promenade and dining options, with the historic centre and main shopping areas a few minutes away. Playa Portitxolet is 250 metres away, a supermarket is 260 metres away and a bus stop is 210 metres away. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 5.7 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning costs 88€/stay, and the damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
