The property is for lease only. Up to two animals are allowed. The pool is seasonal, open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa has a private passage to the 150-metre white beach of the Golfo della Padulella. The beach is 40 metres away. Access includes a 70-metre unpaved and narrow road. Portoferraio is 800 metres away, and the property is described as three minutes from its centre.
