The villa has four double bedrooms, two joinable single beds in the veranda, four bathrooms, a living room connected to the kitchen, a fenced 2,000-square-metre garden, an outdoor gazebo and a gym. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The property is in a residential area three minutes from Portoferraio, with the beach 40 metres away and an unpaved, narrow 70-metre access road.
