Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00. The property is family friendly and pet friendly. Contact the host before bringing more than one pet. Parties and events, smoking and commercial photography are allowed, subject to the noise restrictions. Pool access is limited to 08:00–20:00; decorative statues and water features are not designed for climbing or play.
Getting there
Guests must climb stairs. The primary bedroom is upstairs and the second bedroom is downstairs. The Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach, Cullen Bay Marina and Darwin CBD are minutes away.
