The townhouse has open-plan living, tropical gardens and a living area with a TV and Netflix. A timber dining table connects to a private shaded patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, espresso machine and combination microwave oven.
The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, its own ensuite and a private balcony lounge. The downstairs second bedroom, just off the living area, has a queen bed and its own ensuite. The bathrooms have natural stone finishes, walk-in showers and complimentary toiletries.
An outdoor laundry nook contains a washer and dryer. Split-system air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout and on-site carport parking are available. The shared pool is surrounded by palms, Balinese sculptures and water features. It is open only from 08:00 to 20:00 and is best suited to adults; the decorative features are not designed for climbing or play.
The Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach, Cullen Bay Marina and Darwin CBD are minutes away.
