The 215 m² villa consists of two connected units with fully equipped kitchens and living areas, joined by an internal staircase. It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms on each floor, terraces and balconies with sea and island views, and a pull-out sofa for two people. The first floor has three bedrooms: one with a 180 x 200 cm bed and terrace, one with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, and one with a 180 x 200 cm bed and balcony. The second floor has two bedrooms: one with a 180 x 200 cm bed and terrace, and one with two 90 x 200 cm single beds.
One living-room air conditioner is provided on each floor, and two bedrooms also have air conditioning. A washing room is shared by both units; only the second-floor kitchen has a dishwasher. Outside there is a 32 m² saltwater pool, covered dining area, summer kitchen, barbecue area, garden, terraces, playground equipment and three bicycles. The property also has a fitness room with an orbit track and exercise bike. A traditional tavern is on the ground floor at parking level; breakfast or dinner may be served on request for an extra cost.
The beach is 2 km away and Omiš is 8 km away.
