Bookings are not accepted from people under 23 at the time of booking. No parties or events and no smoking. Pet information is contradictory and requires owner review. A refundable €200 security deposit is required upon arrival. Breakfast or dinner at the tavern is available on request at extra cost. Bath and pool towels, bed linen, utilities, air conditioning, wireless internet, secured parking, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning and tourist taxes are listed as included services.
Getting there
The villa is 2 km from the beach and sea, 8 km from Omiš/city centre, 30 m from restaurants, 2 km from a minimarket, 23 km from the highway and 40 km from the airport. Split is approximately a 40-minute drive. Internal and outside steps connect parts of the property.
