Listing description
The modern home accommodates six guests with three bedrooms, three beds and two bathrooms. It occupies a quiet tropical cul-de-sac on fully fenced grounds. Every room has air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Facilities include a swimming pool, outdoor shower, lawn, Wi-Fi, washer, laundry facilities, microwave, refrigerator and window coverings. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and a 4×4 is not needed to reach the home.
A team member provides a personal check-in with instructions and recommendations. Pool maintenance takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays and requires access to the house. Occasional power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur. A pest-control plan is in place, but encounters with tropical wildlife remain possible.
