Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Air conditioning operates with €1 and €2 coins; consult the advertiser about possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The Av. de s'Albufera bus stop is 0.2 km away; Son Sant Joan airport is 69 km away, Sa Pobla train station 13 km and Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 7 km. Muro town is 11 km away, Golf Alcanada 7 km and Hospital Comarcal de Inca 25 km. The house has two floors, with three bedrooms upstairs. There is no private beach access.
