The house

Landscaped outdoor areas surround a terrace and porch with a barbecue. There are three sun loungers and a more private upper terrace.

The ground floor has a living-dining room with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining table. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave and air conditioning. A double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers are also on this floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Two upstairs bedrooms open onto the upper terrace. All four bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning.

A crib and high chair are available on request. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. Wi-Fi is free, and two bicycles and children's toys are available free of charge. Air conditioning is coin-operated. There is no swimming pool or on-property parking.

The house is close to the road. Nearby Puerto de Alcúdia has shops, bars and restaurants; Alcúdia's old town has cobbled streets and a historic wall.
