The property is a private structure for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning when animals are present.
Getting there
The villa is in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia. Shops and services are 700 m away; Vetralla train station is 10 km away, Viterbo is 18 km away, and the Tyrrhenian Sea at Tarquinia is 41 km away. The property is reached through a manual vehicle gate and a sloping paved driveway. Parking is limited to up to three cars. The pool is approximately 20 m from the villa and can be reached across the lawn or by descending steps from the portico terrace.
