The pool is at the rear of the villa, approximately 20 m away. It measures 12 x 2.50 m, has a constant depth of 1.60 m, is accessed by a metal ladder, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool area has a stone-and-lawn solarium with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas. The pool is sanitized with a salt system and has manual night lighting. The property is only partially enclosed by wire fencing, low walls and hedges.
