Pets, events and smoking are not permitted. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Mandatory final cleaning costs €136 per stay. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

Bedrooms are on the first floor, and the pool is below the main floor.
