The house

The house is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace and Smart TV, a connected dining area, a separate equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, a table and a breakfast bar with stools. An interior serving window opens onto the living area. The laundry area has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor: one has a double bed and three have two single beds each. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, air conditioning and access to a terrace or balcony. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite bathroom. There are two full shower bathrooms on this floor. Air conditioning also serves the living and dining areas. A baby cot and high chair are available.

The private pool measures 7 × 3 metres and is 1.50–2 metres deep. It sits below the main floor of the house, with an outdoor shower nearby. Outdoor facilities include sun loungers, porches, terraces, balconies and a mobile barbecue. Wi-Fi and a change of towels and sheets during the stay are included.

Portopetro has a natural harbour and seafront restaurants. Nearby Mondragó Natural Park offers walks and coves including Cala Mondragó and Cala S’Amarador. Cala d’Or, with shops, leisure facilities and a marina, is a short drive away. Vall d’Or Golf is 11.7 km away, around 15 minutes from the house.
