House rules
Parties are strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, excluding infants. Mid-stay cleaning is not included and can be arranged with the concierge. For direct bookings, specific cancellation conditions accepted at booking take precedence over general conditions. A no-show, late arrival or guest-initiated early departure does not entitle guests to a refund for unused nights. Tourist tax, the security deposit and separate services that will not be provided are refunded if already collected and no longer due following cancellation. Third-party insurance and services remain subject to their providers’ terms. Optional travel insurance is available after booking. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates.
Getting there
The beach is accessible on foot. Raisins Clairs, Manganao, Anse à la Gourde and Bois-Jolan beaches are nearby. The center of Saint-François is less than five minutes away. The marina, restaurants, shops, international golf course, casino and airfield are within a five-minute drive; Pointe-des-Châteaux is a 15-minute drive away.
