The house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests, excluding infants. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. A modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large TV lounge, and a spacious terrace overlooks the garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The pool and jacuzzi are not overlooked.

Outdoor facilities include a barbecue grill and a ping-pong table. A 6,000-liter water reserve is available. Towels and bed linens are provided, along with cleaning before arrival and after departure. Baby equipment includes a baby bath and highchair; a hair dryer and hangers are also available. High-speed internet access is advertised. Mid-stay cleaning is not included and can be arranged with the concierge.

The center of Saint-François, with supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and a local market, is less than five minutes away. The marina, restaurants, shops, international golf course, casino and airfield are within a five-minute drive. Nearby beaches include Raisins Clairs, Manganao, Anse à la Gourde and Bois-Jolan. Pointe-des-Châteaux is a 15-minute drive away.

A complimentary arrival cocktail and concierge assistance before, during and after the stay are offered. Services include excursion bookings, car rentals and airport transfers.
