House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of all guests’ identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
