The house

The 400 m² house has a ground-floor living-dining room with two sofas, TV, a CD player and a dining table for six. The fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, oven and a table for four. Both the kitchen and living-dining room open onto the rear porch.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor, alongside another porch with seating areas. The first bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the final bedroom has a double bed; these three bedrooms have wardrobes. A ground-floor bathroom has a bathtub, and an upstairs shared bathroom has a shower. A cot and highchair are available, along with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The rear terrace has sun loungers around a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 3.5 metres, with depths from 1 to 1.9 metres. The furnished porch provides outdoor dining, a barbecue and a lounge area with a sofa and two armchairs. The plot is fenced, with immediate neighbours and partial privacy.

Platja de Cala Pi is 350 metres away. Restaurants and a 17th-century watchtower are nearby, and Cap Blanc offers a long walking route.
