Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The living-room fireplace cannot be used. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 200.00EUR applies. Mandatory final cleaning costs 190€/Stay. Optional services cost 28€/Night for the heated swimming pool, 37€/Night for heating and 35€/Stay for Wi-Fi. Heated-pool service is limited to April, May, 15–30 September and October. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.

El Altet–Alicante Airport is 100 km away; Club de Golf Jávea is 8 km away; Gata de Gorgos train station is 19 km away; Xàbia bus stop is 6 km away; Dénia ferry is 20 km away; and Marina Salud de Dénia hospital is 28 km away. A supermarket is 5 km away, a pharmacy 4 km away and a bar 0.5 km away. There is no direct beach access.
