The house

The house has a living room with television and a dining table for six, plus a separate kitchen with a smaller table. Kitchen equipment includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and the third has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a laundry area within one bathroom.

A cot can be prepared for babies, and a high chair is available. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. There are two fans and central heating; optional heating costs 37€/Night. The living-room fireplace cannot be used.

Outside are several terraces, a barbecue, a palm-tree garden, four sun loungers and a children's playground with swings and a slide. The chlorine pool measures 9 × 5 metres and is 1.1–1.8 metres deep. The heated-pool service is available only in April, May, 15–30 September and October, at an optional charge of 28€/Night. Outdoor parking accommodates one car. Optional Wi-Fi costs 35€/Stay.

Restaurants are available in the urbanisation. Nearby coastal destinations include Cala Ambolo, Playa de la Granadella, Playa del Portixol and Cala Sardinera. Jávea's old town has cobbled streets and restaurants, and Montgó Natural Park offers hiking and cycling.
