Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house is spread over two floors, with three bedrooms on the first floor. Cala Santandria beach is 1.1 km away; Ciutadella is 2.5 km away. Port de Ciutadella is 1.3 km away, the Ciutadella bus stop is 1.4 km away, and Menorca Airport is 46.7 km away. Garage parking is limited to four cars.
