The house

The house has a chlorinated pool measuring 7 × 3 metres, with depths from 1.10 to 2 metres. Paved outdoor spaces and a garden surround the pool, with sun loungers, parasols, a terrace, a sheltered porch and a barbecue. The outdoor areas have partial privacy within a residential development.

Inside, the living room has a Smart TV and satellite television. The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. There are four bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a double bed and three on the first floor with two single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the house also has ducted climate control. Both bathrooms have showers; the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which also includes a bidet.

Wi-Fi, towels, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and high chair are available for families with a baby. The garage accommodates four cars.

Sa Caleta is on Menorca’s west coast, near the beaches of Sa Caleta and Cala Santandria. Ciutadella is 2.5 km away, with a historic centre, shops, restaurants and harbour. Cala Blanca and sections of the Camí de Cavalls coastal trail are nearby places to explore. Golf Son Parc Menorca is 37.6 km away.
