Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €400 is required upon arrival; the deposit is requested in cash and returned in cash if the villa is left in order. The minimum stay is published as five, six or seven nights depending on the period. A pool availability date condition is published and should be confirmed for the stay.
Getting there
The villa is in Gata, 6 km and about a 10-minute drive from a sandy and pebble beach. The nearest beach is also described as 7 km away in the distances section. A minimarket is 600 m away; Omiš, including its supermarket, restaurants, beach access and activities, is about 6–7 km away. The parking area is uncovered and reached by an outdoor staircase to the pool level; the floors are connected by an indoor wooden staircase.
