The house

Villa Flora has 260 m² of indoor living space and is arranged across three levels. The outdoor area has a 53 m² private swimming pool measuring 10 m by 5 m, a Jacuzzi, six deck chairs, two umbrellas, a covered dining area for eight with a TV, darts and a traditional barbecue. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is behind the Jacuzzi area. The ground floor has a living area with sofas, a smart TV, a Finnish sauna with an adjacent shower, a separate toilet, dining area and direct access to the pool and outdoor dining area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a toaster, filter coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher. The attic has a cinema room with projector, PS4, Netflix, HBO, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and sofas. All floors are connected by an indoor wooden staircase. The parking area is secured, uncovered and accommodates four cars. An outdoor staircase leads from the parking area to the pool level. The villa is in Gata, 10 minutes by car and 6 km from a sandy and pebble beach, the Cetina River, restaurants and activities in Omiš.

A minimarket is 600 m away and a supermarket is 6 km away in Omiš. Omiš is about 30 minutes away and Split is about half an hour away. Additional recommended services include grocery delivery, a private chef, in-villa massage, sailing with a skipper and boat tours; these services are not included.
