The villa has a furnished 10.7 m² front porch, a 9 × 4 m saltwater pool, an outdoor shower, two sun loungers and two parasols. Outdoor spaces include a fixed barbecue, wood oven, 100 m² paved area, and a 35 m² lawn with a vegetable garden. There is a children's slide, and the grounds offer total privacy.
The living-dining room has a fireplace, air conditioning and satellite television. The separate kitchen has a gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. The separate laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.
Two bedrooms each have one double bed, and the third has two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. One cot is available if needed, and a high chair is provided. There are two bathrooms: an indoor bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor bathroom with a shower.
