The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 26 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. A damage deposit of EUR 300.00 applies. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
