The villa has two furnished terraces with sea and mountain views, a garden with fruit trees and a barbecue. The property is fenced, with neighbours nearby.
The ground floor has a spacious living room with Smart TV, a dining area with a large table, an independent equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with terrace access. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, one with terrace access, and a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available, along with six fans and six radiators. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. Free Wi-Fi and free garage parking for one car are available. There is no air conditioning or swimming pool.
