The villa has two furnished terraces with sea and mountain views, a garden with fruit trees and a barbecue. The property is fenced, with neighbours nearby.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with Smart TV, a dining area with a large table, an independent equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with terrace access. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, one with terrace access, and a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.

A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available, along with six fans and six radiators. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. Free Wi-Fi and free garage parking for one car are available. There is no air conditioning or swimming pool.

El Terreno is near the sea and Bellver Castle. Palma offers shops, museums and galleries, including Es Baluard in Santa Catalina, as well as the historic centre and old Jewish quarter. Can Pere Antoni Beach is 4.3 km away.
