Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 23 at the time of booking. No parties or events and no smoking. Pets are allowed only on request and may incur an extra cost. A refundable security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. A 20% discount is offered for stays of 28 days or more from December to March, and a 10% discount for stays of 28 days or more from March to June and from September to November.
