The house

The villa occupies a 4,000 m² plot and has 390 m² of indoor living space. It includes five fully air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, four bathrooms with showers, a covered furnished terrace, a private 12 x 5 m swimming pool and an attached 2.5 x 2 m whirlpool that is not heated. Outdoor facilities include a sun terrace, grass plot, children’s playground, summer kitchen with covered dining area and TV, barbecue, and artificial-grass tennis court.

The property has free Wi-Fi, television in the living room and summer kitchen, satellite television and a PlayStation. A minimarket, bakery and bar are 50 m across the street. The nearest beach is 8 km away, Omiš is approximately 7–9 km away, and Split is 18 km or approximately 25 minutes by car.
