Villa Crisandra

Villa Crisandra is a magnificent villa located in a quiet area of Albufeira, ideal for those seeking relaxation with easy access to the beach and town centre. With spacious and well-organised areas, this property offers a comfortable and practical stay for large groups. The living room is bright, welcoming and filled with natural light, creating the perfect setting for socialising and relaxing together. On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: one with two sets of bunk beds and a private bathroom, one twin room also with a private bathroom, and two additional twin bedrooms.

There is also an extra bathroom with a shower, serving the remaining rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals throughout your stay. Outside, the large heatable swimming pool (additional cost) invites you to enjoy leisurely days under the Algarve sun. The exterior area features sun loungers, an outdoor dining space and a portable barbecue, offering the ideal setting to relax and make the most of the region’s warm climate.

Villa Crisandra is located just a short drive to the centre of Albufeira, where you will find beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of amenities. The property is equipped with a modern security alarm system. Image capture is an integrated feature of the alarm system and is only activated if the alarm is switched on and triggered in response to a potential intrusion. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests From the 11th to the 15th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
