House rules
The standard moving day is Thursday, although there may be flexibility in the low season. The property is self-catered. Occupancy is 10 guests at the base rate; guests 11 through 15 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. A group deposit of €200 per guest is payable by card up to two weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply under current legislation.
Getting there
Praia da Oura is 2.0 km away and Praia dos Aveiros is 3.1 km away. Albufeira Center is 2.9 km away. Renting a car is not essential. The property is approximately a short walk from central Albufeira.
