Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. A damage deposit of 500.00 EUR must be paid to the owner on arrival. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay, and guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
