The house

The house offers 500 m² of accommodation over three floors. Three middle-floor bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom; two open onto a porch with mountain views. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate toilet, and one cot can be prepared.

The upper floor has a sitting-dining room with satellite television, and a staircase leads to a second living room. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. A high chair, crockery and kitchen towels are available. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The home has central heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer.

An indoor chlorine pool on the lower floor measures 10 × 5 m and is 1.6–1.8 m deep. Optional pool heating carries an additional charge with a minimum charge of seven nights. Outside, the garden and terrace have sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue, with mountain views. Parking is available for two cars.

Fornalutx has a supermarket, pharmacy and bank. Further shopping is available in Sóller, a 15-minute drive away. The surrounding mountains offer hiking and cycling, and Port de Sóller beach is 6.7 km away. Palma is a 40-minute drive away; an old train also connects Sóller with Palma.
