Listing description
Cosy chalet near the sea in Puerto de Alcudia, with nice outdoors spaces, welcomes 8 guests. Outside you will find a fabulous porch furnished with a sofa, sun loungers and deck chairs where you can relax, disconnect and have a drink at sunset, before going for a walk in the area. On the other hand, a second porch, also furnished, is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner al fresco after preparing a delicious barbecue that you have at your disposal.
There is also a small lawn area, where the little ones can play and you can entertain yourselves watching them. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. From the first porch we enter the comfy living - dining room with AC, where you can watch satellite TV or have dinner all together. The kitchen offers ceramic top and all that you need to cook. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, all of them with a fan and a radiator.
Two of them present a double bed, and one has a closet. There is a twin bedroom and a 80x185 bunk bedroom. A cot and a high chair are also available. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of them is outside. The house is very well located in the area with all necessary services for vacation: bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, beach, etc. A sandy beach is only 100 metres away and is perfect for the kids as the depth level gradually downs and you can swim and enjoy the waves with no worries.
