The house has two furnished porches: one with a sofa, sun loungers and deck chairs, and another for outdoor dining beside the barbecue. There is a small lawn, the property is fenced, and neighbouring homes are nearby.
The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite television. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer.
There are four bedrooms, each with a fan and radiator: two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with a bunk bed measuring 80 × 185 cm. One double bedroom has a closet. Both bathrooms have showers; one bathroom is outside. A cot and high chair are available.
The sandy beach is 100 metres away. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and banks are in the surrounding area. The bus stop is 300 metres away, with summer buses every 15 minutes serving Can Picafort and Puerto de Pollença.
