Listing description
The house has an open-plan living room, dining area and equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. The living room has satellite TV, a Smart TV and a small selection of books. The bedroom has a wardrobe and fan. A cot and high chair can be provided. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub; towels and a hair dryer are available.
Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 4 × 3 metres and has a constant depth of 1.5 metres. An outdoor shower, sun loungers, a small private garden, porch, terrace, barbecue and upper sunbathing terrace provide outdoor space. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.
