House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 years old seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Smoking is not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Pets up to 15 kg are welcome; consult the advertiser about possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Final cleaning is mandatory at 100€/stay. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
All four bedrooms are on the first floor. Cala Pi Beach is 2.5 km away and access involves steep stairs. Access by car is easy; exterior parking accommodates six cars. The bus stop and supermarket are 2 km away.
