The house

The 150 m² villa has four first-floor bedrooms, each with a double bed, radiator, wardrobe and garden or countryside views. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower bathroom. A shared bathroom with a bath is upstairs, and a separate toilet is on the ground floor. Two bedrooms open onto a furnished upstairs terrace. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request.

The ground floor contains a living-dining room with satellite television and an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and citrus juicer. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with fans, a hair dryer, towels and a safe.

Outside are a private chlorinated pool measuring 6 × 3 m, with depths from 1 to 2 m, sun loungers, a large garden with a children's swing, a barbecue terrace and a furnished porch. Free outdoor parking accommodates six cars.

Cala Pi Beach is 2.5 km away and is reached by descending steep stairs. Cala Pi is 17 km from Llucmajor and 4 km from the Talayotic village of Capocorb, a historical monument with paid admission. Palma is 45 km away. The airport is 39.2 km away, the bus stop and supermarket are 2 km away, and Son Antem golf course is 25.4 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets weighing up to 15 kg are welcome. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Mandatory cleaning, tourist tax and a damage deposit apply.
