The Mediterranean-style house has a living–dining room with satellite television and a separate sitting hall with a sofa and armchairs. The equipped kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and a table with chairs.
On the ground floor are a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, plus two bathrooms with bathtubs. One upstairs double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a terrace overlooking the fields. All bedrooms have wardrobes and space for a cot and high chair; a cot and high chair are available. Three fans, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, towels, a hair dryer and a safe are provided.
The private chlorine pool measures 11 × 5.5 metres and is 1.2–2 metres deep. Outside are eight sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a poolside porch, a built-in barbecue, a garden, a terrace, a children's play area and a table-tennis table. The grounds are fenced and offer privacy. The house covers 150 m² on grounds of 3,500 m².
Capdepera is 3.5 km away, Son Moll beach in Cala Ratjada is 6 km away and Capdepera Golf is 500 metres away. Cala Mesquida and Cala Mitjana offer other beach excursion options. Outdoor parking is available for one car.
