Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Electricity is mandatory at 0.25€/KW; heating is optional at 10€/night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.

Campanet town is 0.5 km away; Son Sant Joan Airport is 46 km away; Sa Pobla train station is 10.3 km away; the Carrer Llorenç Riber bus stop in Campanet is 1 km away; Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal is 21 km away. The house is arranged over three floors.
