The house

The house occupies three floors in a quiet village area with neighbouring homes. The private chlorine pool measures approximately 7 × 5 m, with depths from 1.10 to 1.90 m. There are four sun loungers, parasols, a garden and three furnished porches: one at the entrance adjoining the kitchen, one off the living room and one beside the pool with a barbecue.

The ground floor has a living room with satellite television, a separate dining room, a fully equipped gas kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus juicer and crockery. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with two single beds and two with one double bed each. The second bathroom has a bathtub. Central heating is available, and a cot and high chair can be provided. The lower floor has a separate laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.

Campanet lies at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, with local shops, restaurants and bars. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling routes, and nearby excursion options include Campanet Caves and Ses Fonts Ufanes. Port d’Alcúdia beach is approximately 17 km away. A car is necessary.

Pets and events are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Mandatory electricity is charged at 0.25€/KW, and optional heating costs 10€/night. Tourist tax is payable in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt.
