The middle level has two master en-suite bedrooms with access to panoramic-view verandas. The lower level includes an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped refurbished kitchen and direct access to the pool area. Two independent double en-suite studios also have direct pool access. All five bedrooms have sea views, air conditioning, a TV and a safe.
Outdoor facilities include a private sea-view infinity pool, a king-size hot tub, a wooden deck, pergola-covered built-in lounge and dining areas, a pool bar, charcoal barbecue, sunbeds, loungers and a Bluetooth sound system. A private 20-meter stone path leads directly to the sea.
