The house has a garden with an 8 × 4 m chlorine swimming pool, 1–2 m deep, sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, a terrace and a furnished porch. Neighbours are close to the house.
The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV. The separate kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with towels, fans and a DVD player. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby.
Three air-conditioned bedrooms are on the main floor: two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A separate bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. The first floor has an air-conditioned twin bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available. Exterior parking accommodates three cars; covered parking and a garage are also offered.
