The lower level has an open-plan lounge and kitchen. Sliding doors from the sitting room lead to a private garden with a bistro table. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the entrance level, each with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom occupies the second level and has a super king-size bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub. Bedroom 4 is on the top floor, with a king-size bed and a small bathroom; it has a hanging rail rather than a wardrobe.
The home welcomes babies, toddlers and children. There is no air-conditioning; fans are provided in every bedroom from May through September and can be requested outside that period.
